LTI 1.3 for LMS
The LTI 1.3 login, launch, and JWKS URLs exist so an LMS can be registered later. Production does not have platform keys yet: launch reports not_configured, login returns 501, and JWKS is an empty key set. Talk to us before planning a classroom rollout.
