PollsLive differs in what comes with a presenter licence: unlimited polls with up to 100,000 responses each, a developer API with webhooks, and lead capture, features the others tend to reserve for higher tiers. Custom themes, branding removal and lead scoring are on Premium. It also runs the same poll asynchronously over days, not just live in the room, and a one-time Event Pass covers a single large conference without a subscription.

PollsLive is hosted in the EU, traffic is encrypted, and we collect as little as possible. We are established in the Netherlands, so the GDPR applies to us directly and our Privacy Policy documents the legal bases, retention and transfer safeguards. You can export or delete your data yourself in Studio -> Settings.

A one-time purchase for a single large event, not a subscription. Small is $19 for up to 300 people live; Standard is $49 for up to 1,000; Large is $99 for up to 1,500. One pass covers one event (up to 5 decks of it, such as a keynote, breakouts and a closing quiz), and Large runs 2 rooms at once. Buying does not start it, and there is no button to: it starts by itself at the first join your plan would refuse. From the moment it starts, its decks stay covered for 24 hours, never longer; the pass is used when that room closes. A used pass is final, and the event's results, exports and feedback survey stay on its terms. It borrows Premium features for the event and includes 20 AI credits (a deck costs 1 credit per 5 slides). An unused paid pass keeps its value for 6 months from purchase.

Yes, with one presenter per subscription. For a team with several presenters, contact us and we will set the workspace up. There is no simultaneous co-editing: one person edits a deck at a time.

Yes. In the Studio editor outline, use the import control to upload a .pptx. From Google Slides, choose File, Download, Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), then upload that file. Slides land as content slides with title and bullets you can edit before going live.

Yes. Add an optional join question on the deck so each participant picks a segment (team, room, track). Hosts get a segment breakdown, and quiz rooms can show a team leaderboard by average score.

Yes. Open Remote & links on the presenter screen and send the phone remote link to your phone or a helper, with its 6-digit PIN. Whoever opens it types the PIN and a name, and you approve the request on the presenter screen. The remote then moves slides, shows or hides results, starts or ends the session, moderates Q&A and removes participants, and shows responses, a clock and how many people are in the room. It cannot run a prize draw. You can also send the link by email from its card.

The public status page at /status shows live whether PollsLive is up.

Yes, on Pro and above. During a live session, Draw on the presenter dock opens a compact menu: everyone who joined, everyone who answered the current slide, or the top scorers. Yes. Creating a poll or live deck requires a free PollsLive account (Google or email). Voters never need an account. They join by link, PIN or QR. Within 14 days of your first paid charge, you can use Request a refund in Studio -> Billing & Plan if you have not hosted a live session with more than 50 participants. It is issued automatically and paid access ends right away. After that, or if you already ran a larger live session, cancel at period end. Renewal charges are not refundable. A refund on an earlier subscription does not stop the first charge of a new subscription from qualifying. An Event Pass is refundable only while it has never been activated and is less than 14 days old; an AI credit pack only while no credit from it has been used.

Open a poll's Results in Studio and, under Export, use Export Excel or PDF report (Pro); the end screen of a live session also offers Export results (CSV).
