Was ist im kostenlosen Tarif enthalten?

Do I need to install anything? Will IT have to approve it?
No, and no. There's no add-in for PowerPoint, no plugin for Zoom, and no app for your audience. You build the poll in a browser and put a six-digit code or a QR on your slide - people join on whatever phone is already in their pocket. Nothing touches your laptop or their devices, so there's usually nothing for IT to sign off.

What if I don't like it?
Cancel any time from your account. If you've just paid for the first time, there's a refund button in Studio for 14 days after that charge - no email to write, no one to talk to. Renewals aren't refundable, so cancel before the next one if you're done.
Team vs Event Pass - which do I need?
Team ($99/yr) is an ongoing subscription that adds seats (25) and lead scoring for departments. An Event Pass is a one-time buy for a single big live event (Standard 2,000 or Large 5,000 in the room, active 7 days) - no subscription.
Is lead capture extra?
Lead capture with webhook CRM sync is included on Pro. Google Sheets, Slack alerts, and scoring rules need Team or above.
