White-Label Live Polls: Your Brand On, Ours Off
Run a client-facing live poll that looks like your company: your theme, colours and logo, and no PollsLive badge in front of the room. What each plan includes.
There is a particular moment that makes people care about branding: you are presenting to a client, the deck goes full screen, and another company's name is sitting in the corner of it. Here is everything you can change about how a session looks, and, just as usefully, what you cannot, so you are not discovering the gap after you have paid.
Branding happens per deck, not per account
This is the mental model that makes the rest make sense. You style a poll, and everyone who meets it sees that styling: on the big screen, on their own phone, and in the shared report afterwards. There is no account-wide skin to configure once.
- Theme: the colour treatment across the presenter screen, the audience's phone and the results.
- Background style: chosen separately from the theme; the texture or gradient behind the content.
- Our badge: the small "Powered by PollsLive" mark, which can be removed entirely.
- Your images: logos and title cards, placed on slides.
What you need to buy
Branding sits above Pro. The reasoning is not arbitrary: how a deck looks, and whose name is on it, is what somebody running a client-facing event is actually paying for, which is a different thing from the volume Pro sells. Pro covers API access, webhooks, and lead capture; removing our badge and custom themes are Premium (or an active Event Pass for a single event).
- The standard themes: any plan, including Free.
- Images on slides: Pro or above.
- The full theme and background set, and removing our badge: Premium, or an active Event Pass.
Tip
An active Event Pass lends you the branding tier for its window. If you brand one big event a year, that is often the whole reason the pass pays for itself against a subscription: you are buying the room and the look together.
Getting your logo on the screen
There is no account-level logo that follows every deck, report and email. In Poll Settings you set the theme, the background, and one logo for this deck (Pro and above, or an Event Pass on that poll). You can also put a logo on a content slide.
- Open Poll Settings. Choose the theme and the background there. They are not on a separate tab.
- Upload the deck logo in the same Poll Settings panel, or add a content slide at the front and use its image as a holding screen while people join.
- Turn off our badge on a plan that includes it.
Done together, the room reads as yours from the holding screen to the final results. The deck logo is not an account-wide mark, and we would rather say so than let you find out afterwards.
Where our badge disappears from
Once your workspace is on a tier that includes it, there is nothing to switch on: the mark simply stops rendering, including mid-session. It comes off the presenter screen and the audience's phone, public poll pages and shared read-only result links, and the PDF reports you export or send.
What is not built yet
- No workspace-level logo, as above.
- No custom join domain. Poll and join links always use pollslive.com, not a hostname of your own.
- No custom email sender. Recap and report emails come from our address.
If one of those is the thing standing between you and running a real event on PollsLive, tell us. Demand is what moves it up the list, and a guess is worse than a sentence from you.
